By accessing or using the Singergie website and member platform (the “Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and all applicable laws and regulations. By using any part of the Platform, you agree to these terms.

2. Eligibility

Users must be at least 16 years old. Individuals under 16 must have parental or guardian consent to use the Platform. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. Account Registration & Security

• You agree to provide true, accurate, and complete information when creating your account.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials and accept responsibility for all activities conducted under your account.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach. (This can be done by email to: tech@singergie.com or by informing a member of our team)

4. User Conduct

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Posting or transmitting unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or obscene content.
• Impersonating any person or entity, or falsely stating or misrepresenting your affiliation with a person or entity.
• Interfering with or disrupting the integrity or performance of the Platform or servers.
• Accessing any content through unauthorized means or bypassing access controls.

5. Intellectual Property

All content and materials on the Platform, including text, graphics, logos, images, audio and video clips, and software, are the property of Singergie or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

6. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. SINGERGIE DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

IN NO EVENT SHALL SINGERGIE, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM.

7. Termination

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or us.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Scotland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Scotland for any legal action.
